How do I connect Wrapped to Zapier?

Open Zapier on your Wrapped Integrations page, add the Wrapped app in Zapier from the link there, and paste your Wrapped API key when Zapier asks you to connect an account.

What can start a Zap?

Wrapped sends your Zap an event when a gift card is issued or its balance changes, when it is gifted, when a reminder goes out, when it is voided and when it expires, and when a store credit balance changes. Each event names its topic and carries the card's code, balance, initial value, currency, expiry, recipient and buyer details, gift message, wallet and balance-check links, and whether it was promotional.

Can a Zap create gift cards in Wrapped?

Yes, with the Create Gift Card action. Map in the amount, recipient name and email, a gift message, an expiry date and internal notes. Leave the code blank and Wrapped generates one; leave the expiry blank and your account default applies. A unique ID stops a retried Zap from creating the same card twice. Cards created this way are marked promotional, synced to your connected sales channels and logged as created via Zapier.

Can a Zap top up or redeem a gift card balance?

Not through the Zapier app, which creates gift cards. To top up or redeem a balance from your own systems, use the Wrapped API's gift card adjustment endpoint, which syncs the new balance to your connected sales channels.

How much does Wrapped cost with Zapier?

The Zapier integration is included on Pro and above. Pro is $99 per month and Plus $199, both in USD, and annual billing saves 20%.
