*Pricing is billed annually upfront. New gift card issued/year refers to any gift card sales during the billing period, including top-ups.

Active gift cards without funds added within the billing period do not incur fees.

How does the 14-day free trial work?

You'll get 14 days to try Wrapped absolutely risk-free for 14 days.

When will I be charged?

If you are on a monthly plan, you'll be charged 1 month in advance. If you are on an annual plan, you'll be charged 1 year in advance. Pricing is in USD.

Can I pass fees onto the customer?

Yes, If you use our optional online storefront, you can choose to pass fees onto the customer for online purchases.

What is counted as a site?

A 'site' is anywhere you sell your products. One physical location/POS counts as one site. Your online store also counts as one site. For example, if you were to sell at one physical (in-store) location, and on your eCommerce website, this would be considered 2 sites.

Can I import existing gift cards?

Yes, for free. However Shopify doesn't share the full gift card code for existing gift cards, so they are converted to omnichannel as they are presented. 

Can I cancel?

You can cancel anytime. Note, we create and keep gift cards synced across your connected channels so contact our support team to discuss off-boarding.
